Acotiamide Hydrochloride
Acotiamide Hydrochloride (development codes YM-443/Z-338, brand name Acofide) is the world's first orally administered gastroprokinetic drug approved for functional dyspepsia (FD), and belongs to the thiazolecarboxamide class of compounds. It is a novel, orally active, selective, reversible acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor — by inhibiting AChE it reduces acetylcholine degradation and increases acetylcholine concentration in the synaptic cleft, thereby enhancing antral and gastric body contractility, improving delayed gastric emptying, and promoting gastric accommodation. It is used for symptoms of functional dyspepsia such as postprandial fullness, upper abdominal bloating, and early satiation. This product is a white to off-white crystalline powder with purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards.
Cagrilintide + Semaglutide (CagriSema)
CagriSema is a fixed-dose combination injectable of the long-acting amylin analogue cagrilintide and the GLP-1 receptor agonist semaglutide, achieving synergistic weight loss through the complementary mechanisms of "reducing hunger + enhancing satiety". Cagrilintide is a 37-amino-acid acylated amylin analogue and a non-selective agonist of amylin receptors (AMYR) and the calcitonin G protein-coupled receptor (CTR); semaglutide is a GLP-1 analogue that promotes insulin secretion and suppresses glucagon in a glucose-dependent manner. Both are white to off-white lyophilized powders with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards, for the development and CMO contract manufacturing of injectables for long-term weight management in obesity/overweight and for type 2 diabetes.
Calcitriol
Calcitriol (i.e., 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D₃, 1,25-(OH)₂D₃, brand names Rocaltrol, Calcijex) is the **naturally active form** of vitamin D₃ produced in the body through hepatic 25-hydroxylation and renal 1α-hydroxylation, and is the most potent known vitamin D₃ metabolite. As the natural ligand of the vitamin D receptor (VDR), it acts mainly on the intestine and bone, promoting intestinal calcium and phosphate absorption, mobilizing bone calcium, and working with PTH to regulate calcium-phosphate homeostasis, while suppressing parathyroid PTH secretion. It is used for renal osteodystrophy and hypocalcemia in chronic renal failure (especially in dialysis patients), hypoparathyroidism, rickets/osteomalacia, and postmenopausal osteoporosis. This product is a white to off-white crystalline powder, **sensitive to air and light**, with purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards.
Dasatinib
Dasatinib (development code BMS-354825, brand name Sprycel) is an oral, ATP-competitive second-generation dual Src/BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor, belonging to the aminopyrimidine-thiazole carboxamide class of compounds. Its inhibitory activity against Abl and Src (IC50 approx. 0.6 and 0.8 nM, respectively) is several hundred times more potent than imatinib, and **it can bind both the active and inactive conformations of ABL kinase**, thus remaining effective against most imatinib-resistant BCR-ABL mutations (except T315I), and it can cross the blood-brain barrier. It is used for all phases of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in patients resistant or intolerant to prior therapy (including imatinib mesylate), and for Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL). This product is a white to off-white solid powder with purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards.
Deferasirox
Deferasirox (development codes ICL-670/CGP-72670, brand name Exjade) is an orally active tridentate iron chelator with the chemical name 4-[3,5-bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl]benzoic acid. The molecule is built on a 1,2,4-triazole core bearing an o-hydroxyphenyl group at each of the 3- and 5-positions and a p-carboxyphenyl group at the 1-position — the two phenolic hydroxyl groups together with the triazole nitrogen atom form the tridentate coordination site, selectively chelating ferric iron (Fe³⁺) in a 2:1 ratio to form a stable complex that is excreted mainly via the feces (bile). It was the first routinely usable oral iron chelator approved by the US FDA, indicated for chronic iron overload due to blood transfusions in patients ≥2 years of age, and for the treatment of iron overload in patients with non-transfusion-dependent thalassemia syndromes. This product is an off-white to white solid powder with purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards.
Eltrombopag
Eltrombopag (development code SB-497115, brand names Promacta/Revolade) is the world's first approved oral, small-molecule, non-peptide thrombopoietin receptor (TPO-R/c-Mpl) agonist, belonging to the biarylhydrazone class of compounds. It does not compete with thrombopoietin for the same binding site; instead, it activates the receptor by binding specific amino acid residues within the transmembrane and juxtamembrane domains of the TPO receptor and coordinating metal ions (such as Zn²⁺), thereby initiating JAK2/STAT5, MAPK, and other signaling pathways, stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow megakaryocytes, and increasing platelet production. It is used for chronic immune (idiopathic) thrombocytopenia (ITP), severe aplastic anemia (SAA), and thrombocytopenia associated with chronic hepatitis C. This product is an orange to red solid powder with purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards.
Epinephrine, Full Product Series
A full series of epinephrine (Epinephrine/Adrenaline) API products, built on the catecholamine non-selective α, β adrenergic receptor agonist core, covering the free base and its pharmaceutical salt forms (hydrochloride, bitartrate/hydrogen tartrate, borate complex, etc.), supporting the development of multiple dosage forms including injections, pre-filled auto-injector pens, local anesthetic combinations, eye drops, nasal drops, and topical hemostatic solutions. This product is a white or almost white crystalline powder, odorless with a bitter taste, readily oxidized and discolored (pink → brown) on exposure to air or daylight, with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards. It is the core API for emergency scenarios such as anaphylactic shock, cardiac arrest, and acute bronchial asthma attacks, suitable for multi-dosage-form formulation development and CMO contract manufacturing.
Gadobutrol
Gadobutrol (development code ZK 135079, brand names Gadovist, Gadavist, Gadograf) is a second-generation non-ionic, macrocyclic paramagnetic gadolinium-based contrast agent (GBCA), formed by chelating Gd³⁺ with the macrocyclic ligand dihydroxy-hydroxymethylpropyl-tetraazacyclododecane-triacetic acid (butrol). It exhibits extremely high kinetic and thermodynamic stability (log Keq ≈ 21.8), and because of this high stability it is formulated at **1.0 M (1.0 mmol/mL)** — twice the concentration of conventional 0.5 M gadolinium contrast agents — halving the injection volume and producing a more compact bolus, thereby improving dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging. Among the macrocyclic GBCAs in use, it has the strongest shortening effect on proton T1 relaxation time. After intravenous administration it rapidly distributes into the extracellular space and is excreted unchanged by glomerular filtration. It is used for contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (CE-MRI) of all body regions (including the brain and spinal cord) and contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (CE-MRA). This product is a white to off-white/beige crystalline powder with purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards.
Epinephrine Injection (Auto-Injector Pen)
Epinephrine (also known as Adrenaline) is a catecholamine non-selective α- and β-adrenergic receptor agonist, with the chemical name (R)-4-[2-(methylamino)-1-hydroxyethyl]-1,2-benzenediol. By activating α receptors it constricts blood vessels and raises blood pressure; by activating β₁ receptors it enhances myocardial contractility and heart rate; and by activating β₂ receptors it relaxes bronchial smooth muscle and inhibits the release of allergic mediators, making it the first-line emergency drug for anaphylactic shock (type I hypersensitivity) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation in cardiac arrest. This product is a white or off-white crystalline powder, odorless with a bitter taste, readily oxidized and discolored on exposure to air or light, with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards, and intended for the development and CMO contract manufacturing of emergency injectable dosage forms such as auto-injector pens (prefilled).
Gadopentetate Dimeglumine
Gadopentetate dimeglumine (also known as Gd-DTPA dimeglumine; development codes SH-L-451A / ZK 93035; brand name Magnevist) is the first paramagnetic gadolinium-based MRI contrast agent used clinically — an ionic, linear gadolinium chelate formed by chelating diethylenetriamine- pentaacetic acid (DTPA) with Gd³⁺ and salting with 2 molecules of meglumine (N-methylglucamine). It is highly hydrophilic and biologically inert; after intravenous injection it rapidly distributes into the extracellular space, does not enter normally functioning hepatocytes, does not cross the intact blood-brain barrier, and is excreted unchanged by glomerular filtration. It is indicated for contrast enhancement of magnetic resonance imaging of the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and of body organs and tissues including the abdomen, thorax, pelvis and extremities. This product is a white or off-white crystalline powder, odorless with a slightly sweet taste, freely soluble in water, with purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards, for the development of injections and prefilled syringes and for CMO contract manufacturing.
Indocyanine Green
Indocyanine Green (ICG; also known as Cardiogreen, Foxgreen) is **the only near-infrared fluorescent dye currently approved for clinical use**, a tricarbocyanine polymethine cyanine dye. Its molecule contains two benzo[e]indolium chromophores conjugated via a heptamethine chain, with a hydrophilic sulfobutyl side chain at each end, existing as a sodium salt inner salt. After intravenous injection it rapidly binds plasma proteins (mainly albumin), remains confined to the intravascular space, is selectively taken up by hepatocytes and excreted unchanged in bile, and does not undergo enterohepatic circulation. Its absorption and emission wavelengths lie in the near-infrared region (excitation approximately 780–805 nm, emission approximately 830 nm), offering greater tissue penetration depth and low background autofluorescence. It is used for liver function testing (blood disappearance rate and retention rate), cardiac output measurement, ophthalmic angiography and fluorescence-guided surgery. This product is a dark green-cyan to dark brownish-red powder, readily degraded by light and heat, with purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards.
Gadoxetate Disodium
Gadoxetate disodium (also known as Gd-EOB-DTPA disodium; development code ZK 139834; brand names Primovist / Eovist) is a hepatobiliary-specific (hepatocyte-specific) paramagnetic gadolinium-based MRI contrast agent. It is an ionic, linear gadolinium chelate in which a lipophilic ethoxybenzyl (EOB) group is covalently attached to the Gd-DTPA backbone — a structure that combines high water solubility with hepatocyte targeting: it is taken up by normally functioning hepatocytes via organic anion transporting polypeptides (OATP) and then excreted into bile via multidrug resistance-associated proteins (MRP), with approximately 50% renal and 50% hepatic dual-pathway excretion. It is used for the detection of focal liver lesions, providing lesion characterization information in T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging. This product is a white to off-white/beige crystalline powder, strongly hygroscopic, with purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards, for the development of injections and prefilled syringes and for CMO contract manufacturing.
Landiolol Hydrochloride
Landiolol hydrochloride (development code ONO-1101; brand names Onoact / Rapibloc) is an ultra-short-acting, highly selective β₁-adrenergic receptor blocker with a β₁/β₂ selectivity ratio of approximately 255:1 and an elimination half-life of approximately 4 minutes in healthy subjects. It acts rapidly, its effect subsides quickly after discontinuation, and its suppression of blood pressure and myocardial contractility is significantly less than that of esmolol. By inhibiting catecholamine-induced tachycardia, it reduces sympathetic excitability and myocardial oxygen consumption, and is used for the emergency treatment and prevention of tachyarrhythmias (atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, sinus tachycardia) in perioperative and intensive care settings. This product is a white to off-white crystalline powder with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards, for the development of injectable formulations and CMO contract manufacturing.
Levosimendan
Levosimendan (development code OR-1259; brand name Simdax) is a calcium sensitizer-class inotrope (an "inodilator" with concomitant vasodilatory action), the (R)-biologically active enantiomer of simendan. By binding to and stabilizing the calcium-bound conformation of cardiac troponin C (cTnC), it enhances the sensitivity of contractile proteins to calcium ions — **without increasing intracellular calcium concentration, without increasing myocardial oxygen consumption, and without impairing ventricular diastolic function**; it also opens ATP-sensitive potassium channels (KATP) to produce vasodilation, and has some phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitory activity. It is indicated for the short-term treatment of acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) in patients who respond inadequately to conventional therapy and require increased myocardial contractility. This product is a yellow crystalline powder with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, manufactured to CHP/USP/EP standards, for the development of intravenous infusion solutions and CMO contract manufacturing.
Loxoprofen Sodium
Loxoprofen Sodium (development code CS-600, brand name Loxonin) is a propionic acid-class (phenylpropionic acid) non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and a **prodrug** of that class—it is virtually inactive itself and, after gastrointestinal absorption, is rapidly converted in the body into the active metabolite **trans-OH form (trans-alcohol metabolite)**, which inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX, i.e., prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase) to block prostaglandin synthesis, thereby exerting analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects. Because it causes little direct irritation to the gastrointestinal mucosa before absorption into the bloodstream, its gastrointestinal tolerability is superior to many other NSAIDs. It is used for anti-inflammatory analgesia in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain, periarthritis of the shoulder, cervico-omo-brachial syndrome, and toothache; for analgesia and anti-inflammation after surgery, trauma, and tooth extraction; and for antipyresis and analgesia in acute upper respiratory tract inflammation. This product is a white to pale yellowish-white crystal or crystalline powder, optically inactive, with purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP/JP standards (a distinctive feature of this product is simultaneous compliance with both the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia).
Mivacurium Chloride
Mivacurium Chloride (development code BW-B 1090U, brand name Mivacron) is a short-acting, highly selective, non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent (skeletal muscle relaxant) whose chemical structure belongs to the benzylisoquinolinium diester class. It blocks neuromuscular transmission by competitively binding to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors at the motor endplate, without causing fasciculation. As one of the shortest-acting non-depolarizing muscle relaxants in clinical use, it is rapidly hydrolyzed by plasma cholinesterase (butyrylcholinesterase), so recovery after its action is fast; it is suitable for short surgical procedures, short-to-medium-duration emergency surgery, and as an adjunct for tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation. This product is a mixture of three stereoisomers (trans-trans, cis-trans, cis-cis at approximately 60:35:6), appearing as an off-white to yellow amorphous solid, strongly hygroscopic, with purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP/USP/EP standards.
Nicardipine Hydrochloride
Nicardipine Hydrochloride (development code YC-93, brand name Cardene) is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker (calcium ion influx inhibitor / slow channel blocker). It inhibits the transmembrane influx of calcium ions into cardiac muscle and vascular smooth muscle, with greater selectivity for vascular smooth muscle than for cardiac muscle, and exerts its antihypertensive effect mainly by dilating peripheral and coronary vessels, without affecting serum calcium concentration. The intravenous formulation, with its rapid onset and precise titratability, is one of the first-line intravenous antihypertensive options for hypertensive emergencies and perioperative abnormal hypertension. This product is a pale yellow powder or yellow crystalline powder, odorless and almost tasteless, with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP/USP/EP standards, and is used for the development and CMO contract manufacturing of intravenous injections and oral solid dosage forms.
Niraparib
Niraparib (development code MK-4827, brand name Zejula) is an oral, highly selective poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) PARP1/PARP2 inhibitor belonging to the 2H-indazole-7-carboxamide class, with IC50 values against PARP1 and PARP2 of approximately 3.8 nM and 2.1 nM, respectively. By inhibiting PARP-mediated repair of DNA single-strand breaks, it causes unrepaired single-strand breaks to be converted into double-strand breaks at replication forks; in tumor cells with homologous recombination repair deficiency (e.g., BRCA1/2 mutations), the double-strand breaks cannot be effectively repaired, producing a "synthetic lethality" effect and inducing apoptosis. It is indicated for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with recurrent epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who have achieved complete or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy. This product is an off-white to pale yellow crystalline powder with purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP/USP/EP standards.
Ondansetron
Ondansetron (development code GR-38032, brand names Zofran, Zophren) is a highly selective, potent serotonin type 3 (5-HT₃) receptor antagonist belonging to the carbazolone class. Chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, and other factors can prompt enterochromaffin cells of the gastrointestinal tract to release serotonin, activating 5-HT₃ receptors on vagal afferent fibers and triggering the emetic reflex; ondansetron exerts its potent antiemetic effect by **blocking 5-HT₃ receptors both centrally (medullary vomiting center, chemoreceptor trigger zone) and peripherally (vagal nerve terminals in the gastrointestinal tract)**. Its most distinguishing features are the absence of extrapyramidal reactions and sedation, making it a foundational agent for the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy- and radiotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV/RINV) and postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV). This product is a white to yellow crystal with purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP/USP/EP standards.
Orforglipron Hemicalcium Hydrate
Orforglipron hemicalcium hydrate (development codes LY3502970/OWL-833) is the world's first oral, non-peptide small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist to complete Phase III trials and receive marketing approval. It binds allosterically to the transmembrane pocket of the GLP-1 receptor via a rigid polycyclic heteroaromatic scaffold (Ki ≈ 1 nM), shows biased agonism toward the cAMP pathway with almost no β-arrestin recruitment, contains no peptide bonds, and is not degraded by proteases such as DPP-4; it can therefore be taken orally once daily without food or water restrictions. This product is the hemicalcium salt monohydrate, in which 2 molecules of orforglipron free acid form a salt with 1 calcium ion together with water of crystallization; it is a white to off-white crystalline powder with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP/USP/EP standards, and is used for the development and CMO contract manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms for type 2 diabetes and obesity.
Orforglipron Spray-Dried Dispersion (Orforglipron SDD)
Orforglipron Spray-Dried Dispersion (Orforglipron SDD) is an amorphous solid dispersion (ASD) intermediate made with the oral non-peptide small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist orforglipron (LY3502970/OWL-833) as the active ingredient and copovidone (PVP/VA64) as the carrier, at a drug loading of 30% (30% API + 70% copolymer). Orforglipron free acid is practically insoluble in water; spray drying disperses and locks it at the molecular level within the polymer matrix in a high-energy amorphous state, eliminating the lattice energy barrier and enabling rapid formation and maintenance of a supersaturated state in the gastrointestinal tract, thereby markedly improving oral bioavailability. This product is a white to off-white spray-dried powder with API purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP/USP/EP standards, and is used for the formulation development and CMO/CDMO contract manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms for type 2 diabetes and obesity.
Paricalcitol
Paricalcitol (development code ABT-358 / Compound 49510, brand name Zemplar) is a synthetic vitamin D₂ analogue with the chemical name 19-nor-1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D₂. It is a selective vitamin D receptor (VDR) agonist that directly suppresses parathyroid hormone (PTH) gene transcription and secretion by activating VDR in the parathyroid gland, and inhibits parathyroid cell proliferation; it is used for the prevention and treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Its key design advantage is that, while effectively suppressing PTH, it has relatively weak stimulatory effects on intestinal calcium and phosphate absorption and on bone mobilization, and therefore **carries a lower risk of hypercalcemia and hyperphosphatemia than non-selective VDR agonists such as calcitriol**. This product is a white to light yellow solid with purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP / USP / EP standards.
Phloroglucinol
Phloroglucinol (i.e., 1,3,5-trihydroxybenzene) is a musculotropic, non-atropine, non-papaverine pure smooth muscle antispasmodic. It acts directly on the smooth muscle of hollow viscera such as the gastrointestinal tract, biliary tract and genitourinary tract, selectively relieving pathological spasm while having minimal effect on normal physiological contractions. Its greatest distinction from other smooth muscle antispasmodics is that it **has no anticholinergic action** — while relieving smooth muscle spasm it produces no anticholinergic adverse effects such as dry mouth, blurred vision, dysuria or palpitations, nor does it cause hypotension, tachycardia or arrhythmia, and its effect on cardiovascular function is minimal. It is used for acute spasmodic pain caused by digestive and biliary dysfunction, acute spasmodic urethral / bladder / renal colic, and gynecological spasmodic pain. This product is a white to pale yellow crystal or crystalline powder that darkens on exposure to light, with a sweet taste, purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP / USP / EP standards.
Regadenoson
Regadenoson (development code CVT-3146, brand names Lexiscan / Hainuosheng) is a selective, short-acting adenosine A2A receptor agonist — a purine nucleoside compound built on an adenosine core with a pyrazole carboxamide substituent introduced at the 2-position of the purine. This structural modification increases its selectivity for the A2A receptor more than 10-fold over the A1 and A3 subtypes (Ki ≈ 1.1 nM), thereby markedly reducing adverse effects on the cardiac conduction system and other targets while preserving coronary vasodilation. By activating A2A receptors it dilates the coronary arteries and rapidly increases coronary blood flow (up to 3.4–3.8 fold), and it is used as the pharmacologic stress agent in radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) for patients unable to undergo adequate exercise stress. This product is a white to off-white / grayish-white crystalline powder with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP / USP / EP standards, for the R&D of injections and prefilled syringes and CMO contract manufacturing.
Rocuronium Bromide
Rocuronium Bromide (development code ORG 9426, brand names Eslax / Zemuron / Esmeron) is an intermediate-acting aminosteroid non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent and a derivative of vecuronium — built on an androstane core bearing a morpholino group at 2β, a hydroxyl group at 3α, an N-allylpyrrolidinium at 16β and an acetate at 17β. It competitively binds nicotinic acetylcholine receptors at the motor endplate to block neuromuscular transmission and is **the fastest-onset non-depolarizing muscle relaxant currently in clinical use**: about 90 seconds after intravenous injection of 0.6 mg/kg, good tracheal intubation conditions are achieved. It is used for tracheal intubation during routine induction of anesthesia (including rapid sequence induction) and for maintenance of skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery. This product is an off-white to slightly yellow, hygroscopic powder with purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP / USP / EP standards.
Ropivacaine Hydrochloride
Ropivacaine Hydrochloride is the first long-acting amide local anesthetic marketed as the pure levorotatory (S-(−)-enantiomer), with the chemical name (S)-(-)-1-propyl-N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)- 2-piperidinecarboxamide hydrochloride. By reversibly blocking sodium ion influx and inhibiting impulse conduction in nerve fibers, it produces a dual anesthetic and analgesic effect: high doses produce surgical anesthesia, while low doses produce sensory block (analgesia) accompanied by only slight, non-progressive motor block. Because it is marketed as the single S-enantiomer (enantiomeric purity >99%), it is less lipid-soluble than bupivacaine, and its central nervous system and cardiac toxicity are also significantly lower. This product is a white or almost white odorless crystal or crystalline powder with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP / USP / EP standards, for the R&D of regional anesthesia and postoperative / labor analgesia injections and CMO contract manufacturing.
Theobromine
Theobromine (i.e., 3,7-dimethylxanthine) is the principal alkaloid of the cacao tree (Theobroma cacao) and belongs to the xanthine (methylpurine) class of alkaloids. Through non-selective antagonism of adenosine receptors (especially the A1 and A2A subtypes) and inhibition of phosphodiesterase 4B with elevation of intracellular cAMP levels, it produces vasodilation, bronchodilation, diuresis and cardiac stimulation, and can excite the medulla oblongata as well as the vagal, vasomotor and respiratory centers. Its bronchodilator effect is similar to but weaker than that of theophylline; its central stimulant effect is weaker than caffeine; and its diuretic effect is weaker than theophylline. Historically used for angina pectoris and hypertension, it is now mainly used as adjunctive therapy and in research for respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma). This product is a white crystalline powder with purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP / USP / EP standards, for the development and contract manufacturing of APIs, compound formulations and food / cosmetic additives.
Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide (development code LY3298176) is the world's first approved GIP / GLP-1 dual receptor agonist — a synthetic 39-amino-acid peptide built on the native GIP sequence, with the unnatural amino acid α-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) introduced at positions 2 and 13 to resist DPP-4 degradation, a C-terminal amide, and a C20 fatty diacid side chain conjugated via the Lys20 side chain through a γ-glutamic acid and two AEEA spacers. The fatty chain binds reversibly to plasma albumin (binding approx. 99%), extending the half-life to about 5 days and supporting once-weekly subcutaneous injection. This product is a white to off-white lyophilized powder with HPLC purity ≥99.0%, complying with CHP / USP / EP standards; the dosage form is injection, for the R&D of injectable formulations for type 2 diabetes and obesity and for CMO contract manufacturing.
Orforglipron Tablet
Orforglipron Tablet is a film-coated tablet formulation intermediate / finished dosage form containing orforglipron (LY3502970 / OWL-833), an oral non-peptide small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist, as the active ingredient. Orforglipron binds allosterically to the transmembrane pocket of the GLP-1 receptor and exhibits biased agonism toward the cAMP pathway; the molecule contains no peptide bonds, is not degraded by DPP-4, and can therefore be taken orally once daily without fasting or water restrictions. The US FDA approved its film-coated tablets (brand name FOUNDAYO) on April 1, 2026, in strengths of 0.8, 2.5, 5.5, 9, 14.5 and 17.2 mg expressed as orforglipron free acid, equivalent to 0.817, 2.554, 5.619, 9.194, 14.81 and 17.57 mg of orforglipron calcium salt respectively. This product complies with CHP / USP / EP standards and is intended for long-term weight management in adults with obesity / overweight, as well as formulation development, consistency evaluation and CMO / CDMO contract manufacturing of oral formulations for type 2 diabetes.
